Let me paint a picture for you. It was a bright sunny day on May 1st, 2022. It was a Sunday, perfect for everyone wanting to play the new Nitro Type season. As the clock ticked down, everyone was excited to collect the new items in their favorite online video game! But as we all know after 2020, there is a god named Karma, and she has a sick sense of humor. All seemed fine until a message appeared in the general chat server for the game's discord.

"Okay I hate NT but I gotta admit that I also love them for the red shell trail" said Isaiah, former moderator for NitroType.com 

Everyone's heads turned, and the chat fell silent for a brief couple of seconds. Red... shell trail? Red! Blasphemy! Everyone rushed to compare it to the old image that was leaked ahead of the season's release, to confirm that they weren't going insane. There was a blue shell, simply photoshopped out of the new item. Everyone was in disbelief and the community was shuck by this revelation, seemingly changed for no particular reason.

My point being this new season was going to bring a very divided community together. Different teams were coming together in love for this season but were torn more apart than ever when they saw this change. Please Nitro Type, fix this. In the time being, we will not be racing to collect this reward until the change is made.
