The Issue

Northwest Arkansas is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, and we believe it’s time for In-N-Out Burger to join our community.

We are asking In-N-Out Burger to consider opening a restaurant in the Bentonville–Rogers area, ideally along the I-49 corridor where it could serve residents and visitors from across Northwest Arkansas.

The Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers metropolitan area now has more than 620,000 residents and continues to grow rapidly. Bentonville and Rogers are at the center of a thriving regional economy that is home to major employers including Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt, along with thousands of businesses, families, college students, tourists, and business travelers.

Northwest Arkansas has become a destination in its own right, with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Walmart Home Office, the University of Arkansas, extensive mountain-biking trails, Beaver Lake, and a rapidly expanding restaurant and entertainment scene.

Yet Arkansas still does not have a single In-N-Out Burger.

With In-N-Out expanding farther east, including into Tennessee, we believe Northwest Arkansas would be an excellent next market.

Why Northwest Arkansas?

More than 620,000 residents in the Northwest Arkansas metro

One of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States

Strong population growth in Bentonville and Rogers

Major corporate presence from Walmart, Tyson Foods, J.B. Hunt, and their supplier networks

Millions of travelers passing through Northwest Arkansas National Airport each year

Heavy traffic and visibility along the I-49 corridor

A growing population of residents who already know and love In-N-Out from California, Texas, and other western states

A regional dining market that draws customers from Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Springdale, Fayetteville, Pea Ridge, and surrounding communities

What We’re Asking

We respectfully ask In-N-Out Burger and its real-estate development team to evaluate Northwest Arkansas for a future restaurant location, with particular consideration given to the Bentonville/Rogers area.

Our goal is to collect 10,000 signatures from residents, workers, students, and visitors who would support an In-N-Out location in Northwest Arkansas.

If you would visit an In-N-Out in Bentonville or Rogers, sign this petition and share it with your friends, coworkers, family, and neighbors.

Let’s show In-N-Out just how hungry Northwest Arkansas is for Double-Doubles, Animal Style fries, and that iconic red-and-yellow sign.

Bring In-N-Out to Northwest Arkansas! 🍔❤️💛
