Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy was a seasonal Halloween overlay of the Space Mountain attraction at Disneyland, featuring a spooky, nebula-themed ghost chasing riders. It premiered at Hong Kong Disneyland in 2007 and then at Disneyland on September 25, 2009, as part of Halloween Time. The overlay included new special effects, projections, and a storyline where a skeletal nebula creature pursued riders through the ride. Unfortunately it opened in 2018 for the last time, and has not returned.
