Stubhub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, TickPick, etc ... These are all examples of ticket exchange and resale companies. These websites allow for tickets that were originally purchased at "Face-Value" or the original amount paid, to be sold for $1000s over face value. Tickets for as expensive as $100,000 are being sold by 'Ticket Scalpers' through these resale companies. Ticket scalpers are defined as individuals who purchase tickets for concerts, sports, and other events, and resells the tickets at an inflated price, which there is no price cap on.

We as American citizens have found this behavior as extremely morbid and immoral, and we demand change. We as citizens should have the right to attend our favorite artists performance with friends and family and create lifelong memories, without the financial burden and barriers that these ticket-scalpers are placing on us citizens. There needs to be a price cap that is placed on the resale tickets, or should not any percentage above face value.
