Ms Gandhi, although less experience than other chemistry teaches, is unparalleled in her zeal, enthusiasm and determination towards her classes and her students. Her effervescent presence in VCE chemistry is unequivocally needed. 

She is profoundly competent and has tutored 3/4 chemistry students for the past 8 years, so is very familiar with the coursework and experienced with helping students who are falling behind.

According to students in her chemistry 1/2 class in 2020, she can explain new topics and difficult content in an easily comprehensible fashion and is capable of delivering the coursework in en engaging and relevant way. 

Ms Gandhi's efforts during remote learning were phenomenal and unambiguously greater than those of the other chemistry teachers. She provided her students with tailored videos, myriads of sample questions, worked solutions (in video format) and comprehensive notes. Students were also emailed on a regular basis regarding how they were finding the content, how it was being paced, and how they thought she should proceed in terms of content load and pace. 

Ms Gandhi has terrific rapport with the class, and has a positive relationship with every student, beyond the stifling conformity and formality of the typical teacher-student relationship. 

Having the same teacher across all units of a VCE subject is an undeniable advantage.
