Where is my 20 year Army Pension?

Where is my 20 year Army Pension?
The Issue
I am one of millions who have served in our country's armed services - experiencing the honor and duty that comes with wearing the uniform. Throughout my 20 years of service I served in the Active Army, Serial #RA15612654 Army Reserves, Ohio National Guard, as well as Active Navy,Serial# 6873726. It is a time filled with memories I will never forget. It is also time served I was promised a military pension when I turned 60. As it often does, the years passed quickly and 60 snuck up on me before I knew it. But instead of receiving my first pension check, I was mailed a letter from the Bureau of Records in St. Louis saying I had only served 15 years when in fact, retirement points alone total 3032. 1000 points qualifies for retirement.
My military pension was suddenly gone and a promise broken. Despite my documentation proving otherwise, they have refused to issue a correction and reinstate my pension.
I have been fighting for a correction for 12 years. It is a fight I have had to do alone until now. Thanks to the power of the internet, you can join me in restoring the promise made to me by my country in exchange for 20 years of service. Stand with me and demand the Bureau of Records correct my record and the Army Retirement Board restore my pension.
Lately there has been so much in the news about how we are failing our veterans and service members - many have their full life ahead of them and are already struggling to get the benefits promised them. I know I am just one of many fighting for what was promised. Your help and support means more than I can express in a petition. You would be helping a disabled Viet-Nam era Vet, 72 years of age who served with pride and honor.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope you'll join me in asking the Bureau of Records correct their records and the Army Retirement Board approve my pension and benefits request as soon as possible to include all back pay and benefits.
