This petition is personal to me because two shows I care about, CSI: Vegas and So Help Me Todd, have been a great stress reliever during periods of melancholia and other difficult situations. They also have stimulated my creativity and allowed me to think of situations in different ways. People I know also love the shows and are angered at the business decisions of a network that is supposed to be good.

CBS needs to realize that not everyone wants fifty renditions of one show and unoriginal programming. Having tunnel vision is not going to help them impact others or make a decent profit. By boycotting CBS, we can send a message that viewers deserve diverse, original content that resonates with them emotionally and intellectually.
