Can you support our wonderful Country, the United Kingdom and sign the petition please.

We want to stop Religious Slaughter within our own countries food supply, the market has been virtually saturated with Religious Slaughter, which many British consumers are unaware of what they are purchasing and the effects Religious Slaughter has on our live stock, it is cruel and barbaric. 

We also want to stop all religious connotations on our food supplies, which many include religious symbols on the products, but do not explain what they are.  Thousands of food products have been certified by the Halal Food Authority, this is what the manufacturer has paid for.  This religious symbol is fed back to the consumer to pay for, so unknown to millions of consumers you paying and providing a source of funding for Mosques, Islamic teaching for example, which are not of the faith, values and morals of others. 

So whether you are Christian, Atheists, Theists, Pagan for example you are consuming products that are not of your customs, values and morals.

Also the Kosher symbol is on food products, however, the kosher symbol has not saturated the market as wide as the Halal has. 

This is grossly unfair and has been allowed to fester for a few decades, and shows discrimination has been allowed for far too long.  If you resign yourself to looking at the Census 2011 and look at the remainder of other cultures within our Great Country the statistics on the Muslim population, and the amount of Halal distributed throughout the United Kingdom, do not make sense.  The market is being saturated with Religious Food Connotations, we the consumers, are being "force fed" Religious Food which is not of our choosing. 

There should be no religious connotations on food, if you want to place a blessing on your food, then you can do so sitting down at your own table.

Product Labeling should be clear and precise, stipulating what you are consuming.  

The United Kingdom has an abundance of customs, values and beliefs that are slowly being removed, we need to stand united to regain our wonderful values and customs within our Great Country.
