Zac Goldsmith MP

Zac Goldsmith MP is a British Conservative Party politician, currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Richmond Park since 2010, with a two-year interruption in 2016-2017. Born into the prominent Goldsmith family, he turned to politics after a career in environmental journalism and activism. Known for his green conservatism, Goldsmith has championed issues such as ecological sustainability and animal welfare in Parliament. He also served briefly as Minister of State for Environment and International Development from July to December 2019. Outside of his political career, Zac Goldsmith was knighted in 2016 for his services to ecology and conservation.
