Two days ago I tried a teletherapy session, knowing full well that it might be denied. Well, I haven’t heard back from the insurance company about that claim. On Friday, BCBS agents were still giving us “no” answers when asked if we’re approved and some would say “yes” but probably not knowing what telehealth is and what therapists even do. Early Intervention is still telling therapists that video therapy is not allowed as well. It kills me to only talk on the phone to each parent 15 minutes a week. That’s not enough!! Our clients need us!! Please!! Keep sharing and spreading awareness of what’s happening. Thanks for all of your support so far!!
