Moses Lake Flying Chief Club should stay

Moses Lake Flying Chief Club should stay
The Issue
Blood Tribe has faced unprecedented rates of overdoses due to the ongoing opioid epidemic. The leadership had even stated an Emergency state of the opioid issues.
Cannabis is legal in Canada and becoming more recognized as a medicinal treatment. It is also becoming more accepted as a leisure use.
The Green Zone-Flying Chief Club in Cardston benefits community members directly through employment and entrepreneurial activity. Indirectly, it allows local tribal members to have safe and familiar access to cannabis, and treats a broad range health issues in the community. The Club also participates in the community, has given gifts, and participated in the economic success of Blood Tribe
This petition is for BT Housing to work with Green Zone and BT Economic Development on a policy for cannabis and entrepreneurial business licenses, instead of evicting the tenants of the building the business is located.
