BLM demands an Update the United States Constitution

BLM demands an Update the United States Constitution
The Issue
#BLM Resolutions
This petition is to advance the America Agenda toward peace, justice, and equality for all of its citizens without regard to terms that bolster discrimination. It addresses The Electoral College, Reparations and Police Oversight.
Thomas Jefferson said, “The earth belongs always to the living generation…and the laws of their predecessors extinguished then in their natural course”1 with those who wrote them.
We, of the BLM movement who believe in true equality, equity and progress, do hereby suggest and propose a solution to the question: “What do black people want?”
#1 Overhaul the Constitution
We proposed Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution be changed to state the following:
"The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:"2 Each person over the age 18 shall hold one vote without prejudice and be considered an elector. The right to vote cannot be infringed upon by any loss of right claims and cannot be nulled without the written consent of the Elector. No Person holding Executive power, Legislative power or an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States shall be appointed an Elector.
The U.S. Constitution needs to be changed and updated, as wished by influencer Thomas Jefferson in his Paris September 6. 1789 letter.
In that same 1789 letter referenced earlier, Thomas Jefferson described government corruption as it is today: Representation is unequal and vicious. Factions have taken possession of the public councils. Bribery has corrupted politicians and their personal interests have led them astray from the general interests of their constituents.
It is time for a change. We propose that the following amendments be ratified, or approved, by three-fourths of the individuals in the states as stated by Article V of the U.S. Constitution. This vote will not rely on the electoral college, as it is a direct conflict of interest to the electoral college.
Article V of the U.S. Constitution holds within these words,
“The Congress, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states.” https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/constitution/article-v.html
#2 Tax Credits/Reparations
To be added to the current Tax Cuts and Job Acts
To provide perpetual emergency assistance to living individuals and their descendants, considered Black or African American according to the 2020 U.S. census. Eligible citizens must hold a United States citizenship and be living their daily life as a Black American on U.S. soil at the time of the census, in addition to proving their ancestry dates back to on or before Jan 1, 1920.
RECOVERY REBATES FOR BLACK MINORITES. In the case of a Black or African American and their descendants, there shall be allowed as a credit against the tax imposed by subtitle A for the first taxable year beginning in 2021 an amount equal to the total sum of taxes owed toward their net income tax liability, continuing for 400 years, expiring on December 31, 2421.
#3 Police Oversight
In addition to agencies under the U.S. Intelligence Community we want a prosecutorial task force added that will investigate, analyze and disseminate their recommendations to the general public about each and every complaint made about police brutality and deaths caused by officers on U.S. Soil.
The task force will not be subject to having its funding pulled by the House of Representatives or the Senate.
The purpose of the task force is to help prevent police attacks and protect all citizens from infiltrators of police departments who want to conduct terrorist and criminal acts.
