Good evening fellow Black Duamond residents. I hope this message finds you all well.
It has been over 10 months since this campaign began. 10 months later, Arthur not only has been censured by the same Board to having been demoted to Director, is not pretty much in full control of this community now as Vice President, alongside Jerry Milord as President.
Immediately following the Board of Directors election in which 4 seats were filled, by Jerry Milord, Arthur Zahreciyan, Faye Saenger and Ram Javani, improprieties by way of forged proxies which held the 4 become elected was discovered. Myself, in conjunction with 3 other Petitioners obtained affidavits from those residents whose proxies were forged and motioned to the State to review the allegations. The State found that the evidence presented was sufficient to Order a new electron. This Board, by way of our own Black Diamond HOA attorney has fought all along the way, costing us tens of thousands of dollars. Ram has already resigned. Faye just closed on selling her house last week. Arthur’s house is sale.
This community is being controlled by Jerry and Arthur and their newest cohort Brian Papula. The community is not being told what the true state of this community is. Jerry and Arthur have not been forthcoming of what the true risk liabilities they have put us in. You need to become informed and know the truth
