Good afternoon fellow Black Diamond Homeowners:

Two very interesting developments have come to my attention today 
1. Our recently censured HOA Treasurer, Arthur Zahreciyan which is also being accused of improprieties from the recent election has officially resigned Treasurer.
2) Resigned Treasurer has officially listed his house for sale with the Tricoli team. 

The Board had called a Special Meeting to reorganize the Board for tomorrow Wednesday, August 5, 2021 at 7pm. To date Homeowners have not received any emailed notice about this meeting. No Zoom broadcast availability. 

Also please note that the results of the  May 12, 2021 has been in the process of being contested due to accusation of forgery of many homeowners  signatures on proxies submitted by the acting President, Jerry Milord “Mr. Milord”.   Those proxies allowed Mr. Milord to cast votes on the election ballots for Arthur Zahreciyan, Faye Saenger (also selling her house) and Ram Jadvani. More news on those developments is expected in the coming days.
