Good evening fellow Black Diamond residents and friends. First and foremost I would like to wish all the Mothers of Black Diamond a Happy Mother’s Day.

This Wednesday, May 12, 2021 is Election Day here Black Diamond.  Having been a resident of Black Diamond for over 17 years, never has an election been more important than this. As you may or may not know in an effort to protect the best interest of our community I became a candidate for one of the upcoming four (4) seats on our Board of Directors. 

This is our opportunity to remove the Treasurer (“Arthur”)  and the director which was absent from all HOA Board activity for 18 months, and suddenly became our President, current President, Jerry Milord.

Arthur after having received a Violation Notice from our Property Manager began alleging  improper actions the Board, although obligated by law, failed to provide any detail of the same.  This in turn caused our HOA attorney, Michael Gelfand to write his February 5 letter demanding Arthur come forward with proof of his allegations.  Arthur received Violation notices for having political signs in his front yard; something prohibited by our HOA bylaws. , Arthur made these allegations out of spite as payback for he having been cited for his non compliance of community bylaws. His immature behavior affects our community directly.

Having received Gelfand’s letter on Friday, February 5, 2021, Arthur with the knowledge of certain other Board members, waited for the property manager (“Renata”)  to leave for the evening, entered the locked clubhouse,  and gained entry into Renata’s locked office, which was captured on the clubhouse video surveillance that current President, Jerry Milord has ordered that Renata not release.  Arthur then removed the only key to the locked glass showcase at the Clubhouse  and replaced the agenda which Renata posted earlier and photographed with a new updated agenda. Most importantly the agenda now includes to have  HOA attorney fired and replaced. Arthur the person being scrutinized, who made up allegation out of spite, then went out and vetted a new attorney, naturally more friendly up his agenda going forward. This action led to a series of events that caused for 18 month absent director that already has been removed as our HOA President, to suddenly reappear and while being down to 5 Board Members, return again as our HOA President in February....not at all directly by an election of our residents by a majority of vendetta driven directors that ill feelings for our recently resigned President, Eric Taub.  Our community is not where their  personal indifferences should have played itself out. 
This is where it must end and we need to take back our community. 

Arthur Zahreciyan and Jerry Milord have been seeking to be re-elected. They have been walking our community collecting proxies. Arthur although recently censured continues to disseminate misinformation that negatively can affect us all. 
If by chance you have given them your proxy, you can write to Renata at rkaminski@castlegroup.com  and have the proxy revoked. 
As many of you that know me, my intentions here are to act in our community’s best interest and protecting us from the harm that a dysfunctional Board of Directors can have on us all.  As such if you have not done so already I would like you to vote for me, Richard Darquea for 1 of the 4 open seats on the Board. 
Attached please find a copy of the true and valid proxy which would allow for me to cast votes on your behalf should you not be able to vote  or attend the election in  person. We must achieve a quorum or we risk not allowing this election to go forward and this  current Board with Arthur and Jerry will simply roll over, and we cannot have that happen.  

Feel free to sign the attached proxy and drop it off at my house no later than this Tuesday evening.
