Good morning fellow Black Diamond homeowners:

I hope that this message finds you all well. The State of our community is extremely at severely at risk.  Myself along with several other residents and with the continued growing support of nearly  majority of homeowners been fighting for what’s right and the good of our community im a legal effort as the State of Florida affirmed the  massive fraud which occurred in the 2021 Board of Directors election. By manner of this fraud Jerry Milord, Arthur Zahreciyan, Faye Saenger, Ram Jadvani, and now Brian Papula have been illegitimately running  our community By stealing to disclose to the Homeowners issue at hand. In addition, they have disrupted almost every previous vendor relationship by terminating agreements and entering into new contracts with vendors of their liking. Most recently, as you were all probably aware by now is  Comcast. 
Please understand that I handful of us through our own private monies and support of several other homeowners have been funding the fight against this board and it’s self funded defense thing for the services other homeowners association attorney, Frank Weinberg. Understand the cost that the HOA lawyers are charging for defending these criminals it’s coming out of our own pockets.
Don’t be fooled by the $24 a month savings in your HO a dues for the myriad of food trucks that you seen a community. It’s not all Rosie as it seems. The following is a link to our most recent finally now here in the local Palm Beach County Courthouse. This is an eye-opening awakening filing that everyone should read and distribute to the neighbors. We will soon be organizing a community rally for the sake, and both of our community to hopefully have this issue come to an end. These criminals are Embedded and have declared that they will continue to fight this to the end. We have to take this as a serious threat and must restore the well-being of our community.
