Good morning fellow Black Diamond residents:

Thank you again for your support.  

As you may or may not know, the Black Diamond Board yesterday held a Special Saturday Meeting at 9:30am. The overall legality of the meeting is questionable given the fact that the Florida law requires the Board to give Black Diamond residents a minimum 48 hour notice and they failed to do so.  If anyone attended the meeting live or via Zoom, one major highlight  was certainly the Board's focus on the Treasurer and the deterioration of Homeowner's Association's financial state under his 'watch'.   The message was pretty clear.  Arthur needs to be held accountable for having properly fulfulled his duties as Treasurer of our HOA, and failing to warn of ‘red flags’ that he should have.

In the real world, if an officer or worker fails to deliver, that person either resigns or is terminated.
Arthur has to go, immediately.

Thus Board could easily vote to remove Arthur and yet they have not. This petition can help speed up the process.
