Good evening fellow Black Diamond Residents. 
I would like to thank all of you that have supported this Petition to remove our current Treasurer Arthur. Although some of the current Board members have acknowledged many irregularities which occurred to the Black Diamond HOA financial standing under Treasurer Arthur’s, the Board has not asked for his resignation, nor has he agreed to step down. To date  this petition has only yielded approximately 25% of the votes needed. As such, unless the Board votes to remove Treasurer Arthur or unless he resigns, Arthur will remain on this Board until the next election in mid May. 
This upcoming election will be extremely crucial to our Community.  Resident participation is needed.
