Good morning fellow Black Diamond residents:

We are approximately 20 percent of the way to have the resident votes for which we can have the Treasurer removed.  This is a step in the right direction to take put our community into the hands of residents that unquestionably can put the welfare of to community before personal vendettas and indifferences. No ONE on the board is above the Rules and Procedures, written or otherwise implied.

The Board following the resignation of Eric Taub (former HOA President) and Cliff Nasparek (former Secretary), and before the recent appointment of its  two (2) newest at the February 25, 2021, knowingly or unknowingly conspired to switch the agenda to the February 9, 2021 Board meeting with one more suitable to fit their agenda.  Based on video surveillance footage and affirmation by individuals with first hand knowledge that a certain Board member with or without the knowledge of the other members of the Board on the evening of February 5, 2021 waited for Renata to leave for the day, somehow gained access to Renata’s office and took the key to the locked bulletin board, only to replace the Agenda posted and photographed by Renata on February 5, 2021 for the February 9, 2021. 
Below please find a link to a Request for Information that I sent to Renata on February 17, 2021, later which I also copied acting President, Jerry Milord and newly Treasurer, Aurthur vetted HOA Attorney, Steve Weinberg. 

Please take note of Renata's response which does not address any of my Requests, but rather is a smoke screen, diverted response at the direct and and sole direction of Jerry Jay Milord. 

Unacceptable in so many aspects.

The removal of this Treasurer immediately from the Board will send a clear message to let the Board know that certain behaviors and deviance from our HOA Rules and Procedures will not be tolerated.
