FINALLY….. QBCC Cancel Licence of TILSON & SONS!

‼️ WARNING ‼️ Homeowners across Queensland need to be exceptionally vidulent & investigate every aspect of the contract & the build.

💥 The QBCC Home Warranty Insurance has a lot of loop holes in favour of the Government & builder! 💥

🏡 HOMEOWNERS be aware just because engineers & certifiers are engaged with the builder; this does not protect & guarantee that the inspections have been done, work is compliant & meet Australian basic standards. 🏠

⚖️  QCAT is a long & drawn out process.  The builders know how to play the QBCC & QCAT system, their processes & all the catch words “incomplete”, “on-foot”, “in good faith” etc. ⚖️ 

PARLIAMENTARY ENQUIRY IS NEEDED! It’s not the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that the regulator (QBCC) completes & complies with their own processes & legislation.  Send a message to the State Govt. & sign the petition for QBCC Reform!
