Millions of people have been robbed of their most treasured possessions and savings (stocks, bonds, titles) with the help of banks like Bank of America that have seized property from safety deposit boxes (in CA, Delaware, Idaho and all states).

Bank of America refuses to settle these claims unless the light of publicity exposes how they really treat customer’s property. I loved my mother and valued these precious heirlooms above all because she gave them to me. She finally passed from her long battle with Alzheimer's.  I paid to keep them in the what I thought was the safest place, a safe deposit box in Bank of America. That contract and trust was broken.

William Palmer, the attorney I hired to help me is now suing me for $7,000 because he was unable to get Bank of America to settle my claim and hence get his fee so now he wants me to pay him more money above the retainer fee I paid him, so now I am being victimized by him as well.
