Bank of America, N.A: Stop Allowing BofA Leaders to Discriminate Against the United States Military
The Issue
A cry for help was presented to Bank of America, N.A as a leader of the bank retaliated against myself, an United States Uniformed Service Member, for going against a decision that would not allow me enough time to report for military duties. I was told by Bank of America that there was nothing they could do to about a written warning of inappropriate behavior that was received for complaining about the actions of retaliation. A civil lawsuit was filed and an investigation was commenced. After I submitted all proof to Bank of America, N.A of the retaliatory acts, they wanted all documents of evidence pertaining to this suit and for nothing to be said. Bank of America, N.A has now filed a motion to try to get my case dismissed, stating that there is a lack of evidence that this leader retaliated against me for my military commitment. I believe they have only filed this motion because I am representing myself, allowing a slight disadvantage in this case. I'm asking that you, your family and friends, the ones I swore to protect with my life, stand with me against this company for their prejudice toward an American Airmen.
This is also for all the people who have been mistreated on their job. This is your time to voice. Due to the recession, many companies do not treat their employees with the respect that is deserved while the work we do drive profits and satisfaction of a company. Many fear of the retaliation that follows for voicing an opinion. These corporations need to get back to the basics. Without us, there is no you.
