Hello everyone.

First of all this is going to be pretty long so it will take some time to read this all, sorry for that.

With this petition i wanna inform and ask people as much as possible to stop using TikTok and the Meta platform, this includes Facebook, Threads and Instagram and get them banned all over the world for the following reasons.

What concerns TikTok, they keep going into serious violations against theirself, keep going into serious violations against their own terms, conditions and guidelines.

They don't give a f*ck about accounts being hacked, they allow criminals and scammers and hackers at their platform.

Someone i know her account got hacked a long time ago, she contacted TikTok about it, told them she wanted her account back, and they don't wanna do anything to help her get the account back but kept sending her mails with steps to take, steps that don't even work at all.

All info on that account got changed, her mail address was hacked too a very long time ago so there is no access to it anymore and the phonenumber she doesn't have access to it anymore either.

She had to change numbers because she kept getting lots and lots of death threats from people that were following her, people she was following, people that had some of her info.

But still TikTok is not helping much.

They have been warned different times that we were going to take further steps against them where we would contact the European Commission about these acts from TikTok and in worse case sue them but they don't seem to care much about those warnings.

The bigger violations they do is that they keep going against their own terms, conditions and guidelines what regards scam and fake engagement, something that is happening on this hacked account.

This hacker is abusing that account, is buying fake followers, fake likes and fake video views to be able to make money off that account, and god knows how many other people their accounts.

This account got reported lots and lots of times, with that i mean 100's and 100's of times as far as i got to know from people for lots of different reasons, i reported this fake engagement myself too different times, but then TikTok informs you that there is no violation of their guidelines when it certainly is a violation.

They haven't removed any of those fake followers or likes and whatnot.

They allow everything, and that is a serious violation against theirself.

Here it shows you how small the amount of followers was 1 day, and that amount was build up over 3 and a half years since account creation.

Then you will see what a big jump in followers suddenly happened.

These statistics are not completely right, because they get updated daily so they can be a bit off.

The day there was still a small amount of about 182 followers on 1 day, suddenly got a massive spike of 500 followers a few hours later.

The next day, the account got over a period of about 7 to 8 hours another bigger spike of 1000 more followers.

We have been following this closely so where this account got a 182 followers in 3 and a half years, suddenly got 1500 more followers in about 10 hours over 2 days, something that is definitely never possible unless you buy them and that is something that violates the guidelines, where TikTok theirself keep violating their own guidelines and say “No, there is nothing wrong, we don't take the appropriate steps”

The real owner of this account that is being abused now, told Tiktok she was going to contact the European Commission about this and to have them take action and ban the platform completely, what is already happening at a lot of places all over the world.

So be warned about this and please stay away from this platform.

What concerns the Meta services though (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), they are pretty much doing the same thing also allowing scammers and criminals at their platform and also go into serious violations against theirself.

I reported a profile on Instagram for scam and some other things, and the following is the decision from them.

Again, the reports that were being made, those are things that are against their own terms/conditions/guidelines but they go in a violation against theirself allowing scammers and criminals at their platform.

On other reports i did, they never responded.

I have also been doing different reports on Facebook for the same criminal for different reasons and this is what they decided.

I also did some reports again about this same criminal on Threads, also for different reasons and still they say that there is no violation against their guidelines.

They removed 1 comment i once did on someones thread, a comment only to tell people a story, there was totaly nothing wrong about that but they decided to remove that comment with the reason it was spam and was against the guidelines, i only did that comment 1 time so how is that spam?

They also suspended my Threads and Instagram account at the same time for definitely no reason at all, there was not even a single content on it that time, but still they decided to suspend it about 3 times for no reason.

Makes any sense they suspend accounts and later remove a comment being marked as spam but don't do anything about far more serious things that have been reported, also for spam and lots more other things from those accounts i reported?

The more bigger violations they commit is that they completely ignore mails and letters from the Police, requests that were being made by the Police already over 1 month ago to have a removal of all the accounts of this same person on the whole Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and have an IP-ban so no more accounts can be created, they have never replied to any of those mails or letters that the Police has been sending with reports from 100's and 100's of people that has been stolen and scammed from, for amounts over 10,000 euro, also lots of people that have been receiving several death threats from that same criminal

Someone from the police theirself went for a test, to see what would happen if one of them befriended this criminal undercover.

Also this Officer got stolen and scammed from by the same person and they informed Meta about that in those mails and letters they have been sending but they keep ignoring all of it completely.

That is definitely a serious violation against Law Enforcement.

They informed Meta that if all those accounts were still not removed by the end of the month May 2024, they were forced to inform the European Commission about it and start lawsuits against this platform for very serious violations.

So be warned to also watch out with this platform and stay away from them.

Myself, i have been knowing this criminal for years, didn't look like a criminal at first but things were going very wrong very fast after the first day of getting to know her.

She steals from people and scams people for big amounts, including me for over 20,000 euro in total, pretends to be all kind of things, already pretended to be a prosecutor once, lies heavily about everything and to everyone, using lots of different names, sends death threats and so on, has been committing already over 10 different crimes, to me and to the authorities and that includes authorities in her own country and also those in my country.

Her name is Stoykova Stephanie (probably 1 of all those fake names she is using)

She is a Bulgarian criminal.

I know myself well enough how she is because i met her in real life different times years and years ago and also lots of people have been telling me what kind of person she really is, how she really is and what a big criminal she definitely is.

If you ever come across this criminal, or the names Stoykova Stephanie, Stoykova Stefani, Stoikova Stephanie, or Stoikova Stefani, anything like that because she is using all those names, or if you see the Internet name Bloodyan6el or steffyest or steffyerlz somewhere, be warned and stay away as far as possible from this criminal and don't believe anything that is being said or told by her, she will lie to you and you will become a victim yourself and there is nothing that can be done about her. Authorities in her country has never done anything since the first time i did reports about 4 to 5 years ago, have been doing lots and lots of reports in Bulgaria with all of the Police stations in Sofia, and tons more other authorities, driving there about 7 times in 4 years, 1 to 2 times a year to get everything reported but nothing has ever been done, not even with dozens and dozens of proof, but instead they always kept sending me away and also i have been laughed at right in my face by 1 of the Police.

Stay safe and not have that to happen to yourself, myself i suffered already enough for years because of those criminal acts and i don't want you to have the same suffering.

But TikTok and the Meta platform certainly has to get banned from the entire world for violations against theirself and their own terms, conditions and guidelines, for violating your rights, for violating Law Enforcement and for allowing big criminals like this to be at their platform.
