School Uniform is justified by “making all students equal and not feel ashamed of their clothes in school” when it does the exact opposite. Students are forced into wearing uncomfortable, expensive clothes that they have to buy with there own money(so then the whole idea of clothing equality is thrown out the window as students with either come to school without parts or old uniforms, and as a result stick out even more). It also makes teachers focus more on whether your top button is done up or if your skirt is rolled or your shirt untucked it teaches teenagers to be ashamed of not being “presentable” and massively sexualising girls and presenting boys as creeps. School uniform does more bad then good and should be banned
