We, the undersigned, call for the immediate banning of Kolscan.io, a Solana wallet tracker that, while marketed as a tool for transparency, has become a dangerous catalyst for financial exploitation in the memecoin trading community. Specifically, its leaderboard feature—highlighting the profit and loss (PnL) of top traders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)—creates a vicious cycle that disproportionately harms retail investors.

Kolscan.io’s leaderboard incentivizes KOLs to amplify their visibility by attracting new copytraders—often inexperienced retail investors—who mimic their trades in hopes of replicating their success. However, evidence suggests that many KOLs exploit this system by "farming" these followers.

They promote or manipulate memecoin trades to inflate their own PnLs, securing a higher ranking on the leaderboard, while leaving copytraders with significant losses when the market inevitably shifts or pumps-and-dumps occur.

This predatory behavior is not only enabled but rewarded by Kolscan’s design, as the platform’s real-time tracking and ranking system glorify short-term gains without accountability for the fallout.
