The whole point of being at home is to unwind and rest from a school day.
Schools decide that we don't have enough time in lesson to cover all subjects so, we should do it home! Small problem, being at school is to learn, and being at home is to spend time with friends, and family, and practice our social skill outside and online. But, I and many other students will agree that schools don't think about our personal lives, but just by how much information they can fit into our brains per day.

Our social lives are at stake! Without a change, kids for generations will be stuck doing homework all day after being sent 'home' from school, we'll slowly lose our social lives outside of school and will just be stuck doing the same thing over and over again in our lives.
However, with a change we will be able to balance out school and social relationships and it will improve many peers mental health and social skills, 6 or 7 hours and school learning, and plenty of time left at home to socialise and form and maintain bonds with our family and friends.

The time to act is NOW! We have been under the pressure of homework for centuries and if we wait any longer, our kids of the next generation will continued to be punished and criticised for not continuing their schooling at home, and if they do do the homework? They will be stuck like that for the rest of their schooling life.

Signing this petition will not only persuade the government to change the laws on our home learning, but the home learning for many generations to come.
