With USA withdrawing from Libya, NATO has taken full responsibility. The 28 nation organization has not been keeping Gaddafi from killing innocent Libyan civilians. There could of been many lives saved since NATO has taken over, but they claim that the bad weather kept them from striking cruel Gaddafi forces. We must put more pressure on NATO and the UN to fullfill their promises!
