Ask Boots Parenting Club to respond more efficiently to miscarriage, or infertility.
The Issue
If you've ever had the experience of signing up to the Boots Parenting Club emails at the start of your pregnancy or journey to conceive, you'll know how exciting it is to receive the email updates based on your pregnancy gestation or child's age.
However, for women experiencing infertility, miscarriage, or infant loss, this can be utterly heartbreaking. Currently, women I've spoken to have said it can take up to 28 days to for them to stop receiving these emails, with some having to make the request multiple times.
As an infertility empowerment coach, I've dedicated my time to supporting women navigating infertility. Whilst this one issue may be really small in the grand scheme of things, it's a truly practical way we can make the infertility journey that little bit easier for women. What's more, it's a widespread issue. BBC Watchdog covered the problem back in 2012 but, disappointingly, these devastating experiences are still commonplace for so many women and mothers.
This petition isn't to shame Boots, it's to gather as many signatures as possible to show them the extent of this problem and to ask them to work with us to find a quicker, gentler and less traumatic way to stop receiving these emails. I believe Boots is a brand that respects and supports women and families and am hoping they'll respond positively to this request.
Thank you,
Natalia Kensington

**Edit: I've realised in my video I said '10 points per £1' rather than '8 points per £1'. In the spirit of integrity, I wanted to highlight my mistake and will update the video asap.
