Demarcus Parker was convicted 9/8/20 and sentenced to two life sentences and 800 + years with no real evidence just hearsay of one witness. He was never called the shooter. They arrested two other people for the same murder. The gun they claim was the murder weapon had been in the custody of west Memphis police a year before the shooting... so it was impossible that could have been used..no eye witness identified Demarcus Parker, nothing put him on the scene and it was numerous other errors in the trial and he did not receive a fair trial. Two other people were arrested before Demarcus and they walk free. Crittenden County, Arkansas prejudged my nephew and railroaded him. Also, One of the juror was a guy who works in the justice system therefore he do not have a jury of his peers. We are asking that you sign this petition to help him get an appeal. In your heart you know this is not right please help get him a fair trial. This was not justice this was systematic racism at it’s finest!!.
