My Father was denied his constitutional freedoms, being charged as an habitual Criminal, with no lawyer, or no birfurcated trial and double jeopardy. He never hurt no one this is cruel and unusual punishment. He has been in Arkansas Cummins unit since 1986 his supposed accomplished got only two years, & Arkansas judge Morris Thompson found my fathers sentence illegal on its face judgment is blacked out in those transcripts.He is now very ill and the doctors give him 3 to 6 months to live. My mother and I would love to be there for him we beg & plead please bring him home if not for him, for us. He is harmless & the best man I know. I love him so much and I can't afford to visit him, I'm in Chicago and he is in Arkansas. This a nightmare for my entire family and I. He can't be treated & is in alot of pain please bring him home �� I have dockets proven he had no lawyer, I also have transcripts proving technicalities. Please give him executive clemency or a emergency compassionate release. He has been enslaved to Arkansas DOC long enough and I feel cheated out of a father, and my mother out of a husband.She struggled long enough she should at least be able to tell him goodbye.
