To whom it *should* concern -- namely *everyone*:

Let me get this straight:

 - They're still chasing Roman Polanski for sex with a minor -- *31* years ago.

 - They recently caught Luis Soltren for hijacking a plane to Cuba -- *41* years ago.

So why don't they arrest Joe Jackson for repeatedly and voilently abusing all of the Jackson Five??  What's the statute of limitations for that??
