In 2025, Arkansas passed the Bell to Bell No Cell Act, which bans students from using their phones and other personal electronic devices throughout the entire school day. While this bill is to help Arkansan Students to focus more in class, the people of Arkansas and governor Sarah Hukabee doesn't even understand the gravity of the positive impact when students use their phones. what if they need it in case if they are experiencing a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!

Sarah, we understand that phones should be banned in school, but students need freedom to use their phones but responsibly, do you not care that taking pictures with our Chromebooks is too lame! like look at this! If your phone policy which you call it the "Bell to Bell No Cell Act" can and will have negative consequences which can be damaging! Your Law not only Limits students from communicating with their families, but also deny access to apps like their mental health support apps, educational tools (like calculators), and even social connections which are IMPORTANT for their well being!

We understand that cell phones can be a distraction in class, but students MUST use their phones for educational purposes, just ask their parents to put restrictions on their phones so that they can LOCK IN!

The Bell to Bell No Cell Act prevents things like emergency communications, limits access to mental health resources, halts academic potential, and isolate students.

We need as many people in the state of Arkansas to prevent the "Bell to Bell No Cell Act"
