Arkansas Headstart has made an official decision to mandate our babies to wear masks all day at their facilities. BABIES!? 

The public schools don't even mandate masks and even last year when they did it was only for children 5 years and older because science and health professionals tell us that masks are unnecessary and even unhealthy for young children to wear.

The World Health Organization states that children under 5 do not need to wear masks as it has no real benefit and can be a health issue as children's lungs at this age are still developing. 

The CDC says children 2 and older can wear a mask if the child is able to tell you they are struggling of breath. Your child may be a genius, but mine is pretty average and she is small for her age on top of that. She does not have those words in her vocabulary or the capability to even understand those concepts. 

The mask packages themselves say they do not protect you from covid-19. 

With all this information so readily at our fingertips and basic common sense tells us this mandate is absolutely unnecessary and can even be a threat to their health. Stop this madness and let our BABIES live a normal life.
