We will be holding a press conference in front of the Arizona Corporation Commission at 9:15 a.m. prior to the Open Meeting if you can join for that also.

We, the customers of APS, demand a rate hike rehearing,

This rate increase has hurt people and families who are now being forced to make the choice of paying an exorbitant electric bill or buying groceries.

APS, who received a $95 million rate hike on customers by the Arizona Corporation Commission after APS spent millions of dollars over the years on campaigns for those who regulate them should be held accountable for their greed and misinformation.

It is time for you, the Arizona Corporation Commission, to be accountable to those you are supposed to be serving, the residents of Arizona, and in this case, APS customers.

Per A.R.S. 40-246, we, the customers of APS, believe that APS is in violation of commission order, therefore demand a rate hike rehearing.
