Petition update

IT'S TIME TO RUMBLE...

May 21, 2019 —

Tuesday and Wednesday are BIG days for us. We are on the ACC open meeting agenda and this is it. Tuesday is discussion and Wednesday is the vote on our Complaint. You can find the ACC agenda here. You can watch the proceedings live by following this link. Everyone should also be calling the ACC to submit formal complaints & comments into our Docket number E-01345A-18-0002, as well as emailing all of the Commissioners directly to share your personal hardships. Here are all of their email addresses so you can just copy & paste: RBurns-web@azcc.gov, Tobin-web@azcc.gov, Dunn-web@azcc.gov, SDKennedy-Web@azcc.gov, Olson-web@azcc.gov.

If Twitter is your thing, please Tweet like crazy tomorrow, tell Corp Comm and the Commissioners the APS rate hike was NOT just, reasonable or justified, and please use #StopTheAPSGreed so I can retweet you. Here are all of the handles: @CorpCommAZ, @_JustinOlson, @sandradkennedy, @BoydDunnAZ, @Andy_Tobin, @rburnsazt.

I have no idea what time we will be heard as we're towards the end of the agenda, but if you can show up, or call in, or let your presence be known in some way, PLEASE SHOW UP

If you missed me talking about this battle on Sunday Square Off, you can view that here. If you missed my op-ed in the Arizona Republic today, you can read that here. If you missed the story about Tom Steyer trying to jump in during the 11th hour and me saying this is a grassroots PEOPLE issue, not a PARTISAN issue, you can listen to Ryan Randazzo talking about that here. If you missed the op-ed from our expert, Abhay Padgainkar, you can read that here. And here are a couple of good commentary pieces about our battle from Julie Erfle and Laurie Roberts for good measure. Oh - and finally, Randazzo wrote this piece to help you understand the various rate plans, so if you can actually understand them, let us all know, because the Administrative Law Judge + some of the Commissioners STILL think we just need to be "educated" out of this greedy debacle... It was a flawed rate design rubber-stamped by Commissioners who APS literally BOUGHT (except Burns who was the lone no vote) and is now being defended by an equally corrupt ACC staff, so the sooner everyone can have a "come to Jesus' moment about these truths, the better.

And in the latest Corruption Commission scandal, I uncovered late last week the fact that ACC staff has now changed the Annual Utility reports to just completely OMIT shutoff/termination data from the templates provided to the utilities. You can read more about that here. So much for ethics and public transparency... I did submit some FOIA's, so will keep y'all posted on what I discover.

Also, thankfully our attorney isn't breathing down my neck, but we're still $THOUSANDS$ in the hole on attorneys fees, so whether you can donate $5 or $500, I need your help! Please share the crowdfund with every person you know, as this has taken a toll on both my business as well as my personal life.

No matter what happens tomorrow, this isn't over until we topple Corporate Goliath.

Onward, with love...
