The Republic of Molossia is a stateless nation located in Western North America, that is surrounded by the American state (national sub-unit) of Nevada on all sides. They have a permanent population, defined territory, and a government. All they need to be officially recognized by the United Nations and United States of America is sovereignty, which they have not been granted.
