Hi, my name is Karli Harvey. I’m a current resident and homeowner in the Stillcreek Village community. At the master HOA meeting on August 24th, 2022 it was proposed by Visionary Homes that new amenities could be included in phases 3 & 4 of building in our neighborhood.

These amenities would include multiple small parks for younger children located throughout the neighborhood, a trail system that is fully connected and runs throughout the entire neighborhood, a clubhouse with a gym that would be open to all residents, a BMX bike park (small area, non-motorized bikes only), pickle ball courts and basketball courts. 

These new amenities would come at an increase in cost of roughly $50-75/month on top of our current HOA dues which vary for townhomes, patio homes and single family homes. This increase in cost includes the 500+ new homes and townhomes that will also be paying HOA dues.  

If you are in favor of all these amenities (including the clubhouse & gym), as well as the proposed added cost, please sign below. 

If you are in favor of everything except the clubhouse/gym, with a lower increase to HOA dues, please sign below and write “No clubhouse” next to your name.
