Animal killing has crossed it's limit. And even torturing a voiceless organism is a sin. We being a Facebook book page named DWITIYO ODDHAYE is taking an initiative along with all your help to carry out this movement and bring a strict law in our state at first. The law should hold such verdict that highlights the harsh punishment that a sinner should receive by the State Govt. forces as equal to his cruelty. And the punishment footage should be recorded and made viral among the social networking sites so much that a human dare to think of touching an animal. Just like one cruelty is equal to one harsh punishment, your one support is also a forward step to achieve our goal.
