Demand Return of Pet PARROT to her mother, owner

Canadian Food Inspection Agency Seized the pet contrary & refuse to return her back home. 

On December 18, 2020 for serving humanity at large, I , Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Dr. Elham Madani left USA to Canada to stay few days to fly out to some selected countries for global advancement of peace and humanity and meet their heads as it is part of my royal duties for the world.

Therefore I imported my pet, an African grey parrot ‘Lucky’ into Canada from the United States with me. I had all the required import permits for Canada and the export permits from the United States plus all health certificates as these two countries required for.

 However I was unable to take my Parrot to the 1st quarantine location approved for her as it was infested by rats and garden snakes without our knowledge and dishonesty of the owner. Of course that is a big danger for human being and animal to stay there. I requested CANADIAN FOOD INSPECTION AGENCY, ( C.F.I.A) to visit the 2ND back up safe location but they refused to approve this location and requested harshly to take my Parrot out of Canada in just three days!

 It was totally impossible to take Lucky out of Canada in three days as every Country including the United States takes several weeks to process any permits for pet to arrive. C.F.I.A could give us few more days based on Canadian Law till her import permit to other country be ready .Yet I found the path to get “LUCKY” to Turkey with me in this intensive enforcement situation. But ( C.F.I.A) denied to give lucky back to me to let her move out of Canada. Te officer at charge hided her and declined phone response or email ! 

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency seized my pet from me even though I am as her mother and she has been my pet since she was a little baby that was rescued by me due lack of attention from the pet seller in 2008. 

Therefore I am her lawful owner not C.F.I.A and now they refuses to return my Pet to me even though she has now passed her 45 days quarantine and is not and never was a danger to any birds, animals or beings in Canada.They denied our appeal request and not collaborating with my lawyer.

Please join together and demand that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to return this beautiful charming pet as she is beloved as my only child I have in the world. She has no sin to be in this situation. She has never been in the cage to tolerate CFIA jail time in their cage and to suffer absence of my motherhood love to her. 

She has no sin except is a pure love to human beings .!

She has served many sick people of any ages suffering from mental disorders, loneliness like a pet healer.

Lucky, has brought a lot joys to people's beings by her shows. She is a mere God's gift, smart company for elders ,children during their visits in our humanitarian organization. 

Her Vocabulary knowledge is tremendous , She is so sensitive and smart. She act a human bebe and has been in many shows for their own charity reason to serve fundraising for sick people. Holding her at custody of C.F.I.A in Vancouver will not serve no one.

Of course she will not act the same with strangers and is not justice in any circumstance to separate a pet from the mother, owner. 

Think of humanity at large.

For sure if you help us to get her back we are willing to help your organization grow faster.

Prove us we all are united. Her birthday is Feb/ 14th/ 2008. On the day of love. She is so special and we love to have her back by that day.
