They are responsible for instituting strategic planning, supervising and making key policy decisions, setting the long-term goals and objectives, and ensuring the financial sustainability of Athletics Canada. The directors hold regular meetings to discuss and review the operations, performance, and growth of the organization which is wholly dedicated to the support and promotion of athletics in Canada.
