Expediting funding for the Indian River Lagoon will help to ensure the prevention of a collapse of the Lagoon.  Creation of a plan and its implementation must be done to ensure that the Lagoon and its inhabitants are here not only for today but for future generations. Restoration projects need funding now as demonstrated by the most recent fish kills.
