Thomas J. Leek is an American politician and attorney affiliated with the Republican Party. Since 2024, he has served as a member of the Florida Senate, representing the 7th district, which includes all of St. Johns, Putnam, and Flagler Counties, as well as northern parts of Volusia County. Prior to his role in the Senate, Leek was a member of the Florida House of Representatives, serving the 25th district from 2016 to 2024. Throughout his political career, Leek has focused on issues pertinent to his constituents and has been an active participant in state legislation. His background in law has informed his approach to policy-making and advocacy within the state of Florida.
