Ziggy has lost his debit card twice. The first time he lost it in July Amy asked him to take one of her wallets, he refused saying he would buy one for himself soon. He did not buy a wallet and a month later, in August he lost his card again due to it being loose in his bag. By signing this petition Ziggy must either accept a wallet from Amy or buy one for himself before the 25th of December.
