This is important, because a judge has the power to euthanize a dog if it has only one encounter that he deems vicious, whether it may be or not, without knowing any circumstances. This is important because a recent case here in Nashville, Prada Andree, this dog was deemed vicious and sentenced to death. This is still a pending case with appeals to come, but there was no option to release it to a facility that had the means and capability to care for it, simply because the judge said the owner wasn't a fit owner.

We need the ordinance to change, so that dogs may live instead of being killed daily because someone elses opinions.
