The world is slowly opening back up; movies are back. But not entirely...

Since 2019, cinema hasn’t been the same.

I’m a long-standing stubs and A-List member who would see a film 2-7 times a month, and every time the lights go down, I would wait….I would wait for the moment to see image and sound become cinema. I would wait for pure human emotion to sweep me off my feet. I would wait to be transported to a world where it was okay to be so enthralled in a movie that you accidentally spill an entire bucket of popcorn over your head.

I would wait for The AMC POPCORN GUY TO SPILL POPCORN ALL OVER HIS FACE!!

AMC, what you captured in your pre-show brand footage was the magic of moviegoing. Please don’t deny us of that moment. Please do the right thing, bring him back.
