Amazon is allowing "sellers" who never ship the orders to continue using their platform, even after seeing the sellers reviews and the tracking numbers are fake.

The California Supreme Court has already ruled Amazon is responsible for losses by sellers on their platform.

But, outside of California Amazon continues to claim they are not responsible for the damages their sellers inflict on consumers.

We call on Amazon to suspend sellers accounts immediately when two factors exist.

1. Multiple consumers of that seller report fraud.
2. The tracking numbers are confirmed to be non existent by the carrier.

This will put an immediate stop to almost all Amazon's platform fraud.
