As a feminist myself, I am very passionate about this issue. I think that every single woman should have the right to an abortion. Banning abortion does NOT stop them from happening, it just makes them less safe and illegal. I think that one of the main reasons every woman should be allowed an abortion is that women do not always ask to be pregnant, and rape is also another issue that should have more concern, and what sickens me, is that young children are getting raped and having to get told that they'll have to go through the long, painful process of birth, and the child will have the option to either drop out of school to take care of the baby, or put it up for adoption/fostering, which will cause her great pain, psychologically, and physically. One point I always see being made is "That 'baby' could cure cancer." The child in question could cure cancer if she had the opportunity to carry on with her studies in peace, but she doesn't. If you disagree with me, you are putting an embryo over a living woman with feelings, which makes no sense. Thank you for reading, and I urge you to vote towards this.
