The Issue

Hi everyone,

In my work as a consultant, I’ve been having more and more conversations with providers—especially in the Lynnwood area—who are feeling unsupported and, honestly, frustrated.

Some of the things I’m hearing:

- Being expected to keep residents even when there are real safety concerns  

- Feeling dismissed when asking for significant change assessments  

- Not getting the support needed when care needs increase  

- Communication that feels disrespectful—and at times inappropriate  

This isn’t just one situation—it’s becoming a pattern.

I created a petition so we can come together and speak up—professionally, but clearly.
