My village was left without water for 5 days and some, even longer. Same goes for Sussex. Now, there is a parasite in the water in Devon. This is not ok; we are supposed to be one of the best countries in the world and we are facing 3rd world issues. These problems have not been dealt with in the best way possible.

Sewage is being illegally dumped in our lakes, rivers and oceans, further polluting the water systems we rely on. 

As a nation, we are already dealing with a cost of living crisis. This is being exacerbated by having to pay big bills to companies for water that we are not getting or that is contaminated.  

It is imperative that our government step up and take immediate action in helping those struggling with the water crisis and fix these disastrous issues. 

Water is a basic human right, yet many communities across the UK are experiencing severe disruptions and contamination issues. It's beyond unacceptable that citizens should pay for a service that fails to be reliable and meet essential standards of health and safety.
