S 3880 was passed by the Senate in September 2006, approved by the House of Representatives in November 2006, and signed into law on Nov. 27th, 2006.

ORIGINALLY, this bill stated you could "peacefully picket"  However; it was later amended to INCLUDE "peaceful picketing".  This law was written specifically against ANIMAL ACTIVISTS!!!

This act is clearly a violation of our most basic right to freedom of speech. To set a law in favor of big enterprise, so that they can continue making profits from environmental destruction and animal suffering in secret without allowing anyone to publicize or say anything in protest against it is clearly a case of corruption and against our First Amendment rights. Please abolish this unjust law!
